    Job Title

    Business Support Executive

    Job Description & Requirements

    The successful candidate will provide internal business support to the General Managers/Directors and our diverse customers. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering first-class customer service, and be solution orientated and ambitious. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the human touch and building strong customer relationships in our growing e-commerce presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Customer Communication and Support.

    · Respond promptly and professionally to customer/member inquiries during scheduled hours.

    · Assist customers/ members with sales-related queries, providing product information, pricing details, and delivery schedules.

    · Liaise with logistics teams to obtain real-time information on delivery routes and potential delays, Order Tracking, and Delivery Management

    · Assist in Inventory checking, payment processing, and verification.

    · Assist customers/ members with payment-related matters, including verifying receipt of non-credit card payments (e.g., pay now transfers, CDC vouchers) through customers' provided screenshots and processing refunds.

    · Handle customer complaints and issues promptly (e.g., missing items or quality concerns)

    · Providing appropriate solutions and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary.

    · Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Job Requirement

    · Diploma or GCE "O' Level with relevant experience

    · Basic computer proficiency

    · At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience

    · Knowledge & experience in HR regulations & recruitment would be advantageous.

    · Proficient in MS Office

    · Good interpersonal skills & friendly disposition

    · Detailed-oriented & meticulous, able to multitask.

    · Able to work independently as well as a team player.

    · Experience in e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

    · Able to start work as soon as possible.

    Other Information

    · Working Days – 5 days

    · Work location – Ubi

    · Salary: $3, $3,500.00

    · Meal Allowance

    · Group PA & Hospitalization Insurance provided
