    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Provide sales & business support to team which includes but not limited to:
    • Handle incoming enquiries, prepare technical costing sheets, generate, and issue sales quotations/ contract and shipping documents.
    • Responsible for order processing and coordinate shipment delivery.
    • Liaise with Sales teams in various countries on sales / orders processing.
    • Prepare contract review documents, new customer account creations, credit notes etc...
    • Provide administrative support such as filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
    • Any other assignment as directed by immediate supervisor.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum O Levels with relevant certification in a related field.
    • 3 Year(s) of working experience in Logistics or Service provider background.
    • Required Software Skill(s) MS office and ideally with SAP
    • Ideally Executives or Senior Executives specialized in Customer Service, Sales Co-ordination, Shipping or equivalent.
    • Teamplayer with good communication skills
