- Provide legal and regulatory support to Head of Legal.
- Compliance management with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards affecting data center industry, monitor compliance with legal requirements
- Conduct legal research and generate report.
- Contract drafting, review and negotiations of customer contracts, service level agreements, vendor contracts etc
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation, records and reports
- Advice on corporate governance matters
- Liaise and collaborate with external legal counsel, regulators, government agencies, industry association
- LLB degree holder
- 5+ years PQE with experience in data center related matters
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent drafting and organisational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented, independent, self-initiative and honesty.
- In house experience preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work
- High ethical standards and integrity with ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently with senior team members across multiple functions, regions and time zones
- Ability to manage issues that arise and advise business on implementation of contract terms and managing commercial disputes
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred as you need to deal with Chinese speaking employees & vendor
