Business Need / Purpose of Role

Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, completing all allocated tasks.
  • Conduct research, gather information on targeted accounts
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
  • Liaising with clients on behalf of managers.
  • Draft visit report, update Salesforce, Corrective Action Report
  • Organize internal and external meetings
  • Prepare itinerary for overseas visitors

Reporting

  • Fortnightly sales activity update
  • Any specific project reporting as required.

Account Management

  • Ensure customer account activity, information and opportunities are accurately recorded in Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce).
  • Proactively ensure Account Receivables for assigned customer accounts are collected in a timely manner.

Sales Execution

  • Service review and follow up after sale is closed

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Maritime Studies, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, Business major
  • Excellent work ethic and proven grounding of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Commercially Astute
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with a
- multinational network

  • Strong selfmotivation, take initiative, positive attitude
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Ability to cope with rejection.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate fastpaced environments
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
