Join our team at an Indian-style Gentlemen Barbershop that is expanding its horizons! We're on the lookout for an assistant manager barber with the following qualities:

Seeking experienced, responsible, and trustworthy individuals.
Must have an established client base capable of generating monthly sales.
Proficient in all aspects of barber business operations, with the ability to mentor junior staff in cutting techniques.
Offering Basic Salary + AWS & Bonus + Employee Benefits.
Operating hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, with breaks for meals.
Working 6 days a week.
Enjoying 14 Days of Annual Leave.
Required availability on weekends and public holidays.
Fluency in English, Tamil, Malay, and Mandarin is essential due to our diverse clientele.

Job responsibilities include:

Performing hair cutting, shaving, and washing.
Providing hair coloring and styling services.
Delivering treatments for hair and scalp.
Expertise in beard and mustache trimming/shaving.
Offering head, shoulder, and upper back massages.
Managing stock inventory efficiently.
Handling payment collection from customers.
Ensuring the shop is well-maintained.
Supporting in advertising, promoting, and marketing initiatives.
Mentoring and coaching junior staff to enhance their skills.
