Description

As a Project Management Executive, you will be supporting multiple IT projects in various stages. The person in this role should have experience in managing stakeholder's requirements and project scope.

Adecco is partnering with a well known real estate company. They are looking for a Project Management Executive to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

:

Support multiple IT projects in various stages.
Manage stakeholder's requirements and project scope.
Assist and work with the various departments and vendors to define, document, and manage project execution, deliverables, scopes, and schedules.
Work with IT Operations team for project handover after project implementation.
Perform product/services sourcing and conduct technical evaluations for products/services.
Deliver timely and quality outputs based on defined processes and deliverables.
Provide regular and accurate project updates.

Requirements

:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields.
At least 2 years in IT and projectrelated working experience.
Experience in working with 3rd party service providers and IT Operations is a plus point.
Good communication and written skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
Good organisation skills and time management skills.
