There is now a need to hire an experienced Payroll Processing Team Lead to be part of their team.
The Position
The Payroll Processing Team Lead will be responsible for managing the end to end processing of regular and off-cycle payroll runs which includes submission of statutory reports, payments and closing of payroll within the company's shared service centre. The successful individual will need to ensure the payroll cycles, statutory payments and reports are properly executed in a timely manner. Naturally, the Team Lead will be involved in conducting monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy on their systems and will work closely with the Finance Business Partners on payroll accounting reconciliations. There is also a need to participate and support any ad-hoc projects.
The Person
The successful candidate will be a Diploma holder preferably in Accounting/ Business/ Finance with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and/or HR. Candidates should have a good understanding of accounting and application of Singapore FRS. Current or prior working experience in using SAP, Workday and ticketing tools will be an advantage. Aside from strong communication skills, interested individuals should offer problem solving abilities, a meticulous and analytical mind set.
