Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a bright, and tenacious Senior Business Analyst, experienced with Banking Projects.

You love collaborating with a large team, handling multiple stakeholders with large-scale scope, and are experienced in delivering complex, enterprise-level IT projects.

Working location: Singapore

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively gather business requirements and understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements for LOS systems, banking systems, etc.
Analyze requirements from customers from both business and end-user perspectives.
Ensure clear understanding of business requirements by the development team and provide input to design and product specifications.
Document functional and business requirements.
Create wireframes, activity diagrams, and system process flows.
Track all change requests from customers and manage project requirements, specifications, and change requests.
Work closely with the development team to review specifications, conduct Q&A sessions, provide consultancy on solutions, and resolve issues.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of related experience.
Deep knowledge of software development processes and experience in Banking products and projects with critical functional knowledge.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio, Miro, prototyping, wireframe, and use case tools.
Strong business analytical skills and logical thinking, with the ability to grasp complex software systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Experience in creating clear, concise documentation.
Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Strong communication, presentation, and management skills.
Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working under pressure.
Able to travel.

Preferred:

Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
Practitioner of BABOK.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a major advantage.
Good knowledge of UML.
Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
Experience in international projects is a plus.

Salary: From SGD 7,000
