    Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

    Company: Dashmesh Singapore

    Location: Singapore

    Job Overview:

    Dashmesh Singapore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to join our team.

    As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our online presence, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. If you have a passion for e-commerce, a solid understanding of the Singaporean market, and the ability to implement effective strategies, we invite you to apply.

    5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays off.

    Responsibilities:

    1. E-Commerce Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms specific to the Singaporean market.
    • Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and relevance to local consumer preferences.
    • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to optimize product availability.
    • Product copywriting; making sure product listing quality is consistent across all channels.
    • Analyze products sales figures, short term, and midterm sales forecast -- Understanding trends and opportunities for growth

    2. Digital Marketing:

    • Implement social media strategies that resonate with the local audience.
    • Creation and Execution of Social Media Campaigns

    3. Customer Experience:

    • Ensure an exceptional online shopping experience for customers in Singapore.
    • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty within the local market.

    4. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the Singaporean market.
    • Generate reports on sales performance, customer behaviour, and website traffic, providing insights for optimization.

    5. Partnership Management:

    • Collaborate with local third-party e-commerce platforms and partners to expand reach and drive sales.
    • Negotiate and manage relationships with Singapore-based online marketplaces and vendors.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience (1-2 Years) in e-commerce management, platform, and content management systems, preferably in the local market. Prior Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
    3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media with a focus on local trends. Experience with Facebook/Google Ads will be an added advantage.
    4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (Vlookup, PivotTable)
    5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
