Handle inquiries, answer phone calls, and provide information about our programs and services. - Enrollment and Registration:Assist with student enrollment and registration processes.
Maintain accurate student records, ensuring all required documentation is complete. - Scheduling:Create and manage class schedules, ensuring that instructors and students are aware of their respective class times.
Handle scheduling changes and communicate them to relevant parties - Payment and Billing:Collect tuition fees and process payments.
Address billing inquiries and provide receipts or payment confirmations as needed. - Student and Parent Support:Assist students and parents with any inquiries, concerns, or requests.
Provide information about the center's programs, curriculum, and student progress. - Instructor Support:Coordinate instructor schedules and assist with their administrative needs.
Ensure that instructors have the necessary materials and resources for teaching. - Attendanceand Progress Tracking:Record and track student attendance.
Maintain records of student progress and communicate updates to parents and instructors. - Facility Maintenance:Ensure that the center is clean and well-maintained.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel. - Event Coordination:Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as exams, or special programs.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and administrative tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
