Job Description:
- Handle sales enquiry
- Understand clients' needs and wants and translate it into innovative & creative conceptual design
- Present 3D perspective drawings to client, and pitch the complete design decisions
- Provide Quotation
- To Work closely with internal or outsourced drafters and 3D designers
- Schedule and strategise project timeline effectively and promptly
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors & vendors
- Conduct onsite inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved
Requirements:
- Able to communicate with mandarin speaking subcons
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Initiative and proactive in learning
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in Illustration, AutoCAD or sketchup is preferred but not compulsory.
