Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Handle full set of accounts for subsidiaries, including GL, preparing monthly and yearly financial reporting independently.
Prepare bank reconciliations and audit schedules.
Maintain fixed assets record and filing.
Liaise with foreign accountants to manage subsidiaries' local statutory accounts, tax filing.
Manage Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
Assist in GST/VAT reporting and filing.
Support and prepare documents for audit and tax.
Assist in Adhoc finance matters when required.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years' relevant experience
Proficient in Excel with ability to work with complex data, Experience in Xero Accounting System is an added advantage
Proactive and takes initiative with a strong sense of responsibilities
A team player with good communication skills
