- Hands on full sets of vehicle accident claim process & procedures
- Assess accident damages and preparation of damage estimation
- Liaise with insurance company pertaining vehicle claim/accident reporting
- Study vehicle repair history and inform superior of any abnormalities or repeated complaints
- Conduct vehicle checking for body and paintwork repairs
- Administration duties for costing, claims and vehicle history
- Negotiate with the claim set
- Supervise Team in the workgroup
- Any ad-hoc duties as from time to time
- Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in handling vehicle claim industry operations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, multitask, eye for details and a strong team player
- Pleasant personality and able to handle customer complaints professionally
- Able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast pace environment
- 5.5-days work (Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Sat: 9.00am to 1.00pm)
