Description

The intern, as part of IT Research & Development Team, under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will be supporting on web application developments, data engineering, CICD, test automation and visualization/analytics. The student will proactively lead a new topic with value added solution proposals and its development that will benefit the IT R&D regional and global team provided with guidance from the core development team and also trained and coached into the IT RD services and solutions/applications Ex. JIRA, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Github etc.In your new role you will:

Work closely with the product owners of the application to understand the requirements and contribute to the web development or PoC's with close guidance of the mentor and the team

Learn and follow the Agile development and release management

Technical documentation

Internship learning outcomes:

Good exposure to R&D semiconductor industry and its business processes

Deep understanding and hands on application life cycle management

Learn the best practices of software development, testing and releases

Agile framework and real-time experience working with globally distributed team

Web application development experience while staying fully guided by the core development team

An opportunity to observe, identify potentials areas of improvements with innovative ideas and solution proposals

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

On track to attain Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering

Database – MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL (Must) - Programming – Python - Web Application – MVC, C#
