Job Description

Staff should have experience in Day 1 Design, implementing and administering Microsoft Products, especially SCCM, SCOM, Active

Directory, KMS, WSUS together with the common network services like DNS, WINS, DHCP, etc.

Have deployment experience for server hardening, and support various apply on remediation of hardening issues.

Have deployment experience for network printer, file services and desktop.

Have deployment experience in a medium to large environment.

Experienced in troubleshooting and fixing issues.

Knowledge in Software deployment and patch management procedures including server patching, Microsoft clustering and NLB setup

Troubleshoot software and patches deployments.

Test, troubleshoot, and debug deployment issues

Provide reports to management

Additional experience/tasks:

Experience with capacity Planning, Risk Management & customer Service Orientation.

Methodical approach to problem solving and resolution.

Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.

Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.

The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.

Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization; develop procedural documentation; develop and conduct effective presentations.

Technical Certification, especially Microsoft, with at least 3 years IT experience.

Technical Skills:

Good understanding of Enterprise architecture, constraints and security

Good knowledge of networking technologies and monitoring techniques: TCP/IP fundamentals, commonly used network routing protocols, SNMP, Syslog, Flow Sampling

Experience and hands-on with HCI technologies and related tool/utilities

Possess certifications such as Microsoft MCITP, Microsoft MCSE, Nutanix Platform Professional.

Possess ITIL v3 Foundation Certification, VMWare VCP Certification / RHCE / AIX V1 / OCP

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

At least 5 years of technical experience in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration
