Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform various recruitment tasks such as Cold Calling, Sourcing, Interviewing, Profiling, and Staffing to match clients' needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with clients and candidates for both permanent and contract positions.
Nurture and uphold relationships with current clients.
Conduct industry research to identify potential candidates through diverse channels.
Create and publish job advertisements.
Conduct visits to clients' premises as needed.
Handle any other assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment is preferred.
Training will be provided for individuals without relevant work experience.
Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic setting.
Demonstrate a positive mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt to changes, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Fluency in English.
Customer-centric approach with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
