- Manage reception duties including handling telephone calls and assisting students, parents, and visitors.
- Oversee the school's counter, addressing inquiries and managing deliveries for staff.
- Administer the sick bay, providing assistance to unwell or injured students.
- Coordinate early departures of students and manage lost and found items.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, faxing, and distributing materials.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Minimum GCE O' level certification or equivalent ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations).
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in reception or general admin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (due to the school's SAP designation).
- Prior experience working in Primary schools is preferred.
