- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or service-oriented industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results and achieving client satisfaction.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret and leverage client metrics and insights.
