- *Responsibilities** - Assisting in enhancing and optimizing the company's training system, developing and implement training management policies. - Collaborate with HR manager to develop performance measurement frame work to enhance the efficiency, which includes defining performance KPIs, goals, and administration of performance appraisals. - Identify specific training needs and create relevant training materials. - Monitor and track training activities, including attendance records, training evaluations, and employee progress. - Support the onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions for new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the organization. - Plan, lead and execute the company culture and employee engagement activities, employee benefits like monthly fruit days, distribution of birthday vouchers, and baby hampers if applicable. Additionally, collaborate with various teams across the organization for corporate events. - Any other HR tasks related to the working processes as per team operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
