Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate(s) will report into the Finance, Asset Management & Risk Management (FAR) Technology Department as part of the Risk Management – Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) development team. He/She will primarily beresponsible for new system implementation, maintenance, and daily Business-As-Usual support of the IFM system. His/Her responsibilities include:
• Working with risk users to understand the business requirements for Integrated Fraud Management users.
• Work closely with Vendor partners on system design, build, testing and implementation of application components. Also, provide single point of contact between production support and vendor support team on reported queries and issues.
• Provide Level-3 production support by working closely with the Production support and business teams on the daily production batch runs and incidence.
• Translating the business requirements into proper Design and Functional Specification documents.
• Working with other upstream systems to create seamless end to end processes
• Providing regular communication with teams on implementation activities
• Investigating and resolving issues raised by risk management business users
• Work closely with the other technology teams like Change management and Technology Infrastructure Services during the planning, preparation, system rollout and implementation phases of projects.Key Requirements
• A Bachelor or Maser degree in Computer Science, Statistic, Information Technology and relevant discipline from reputable institutions
• Min. 6 to 9 years hands on experience in Open Source technologies like python etc
• Working experience on Linux platform is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge with Aldon LM(e) product & setup are an added advantage
• Bank domain or financial institute working experience and familiar with SDLC process and change management tools.
• Candidate must be able to apply good working knowledge of project procedures, workflows, and milestones in order to complete projects assigned.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Customer oriented and possess Can-Do attitude
