    Executive, HR Shared Services (Employee Support & Advisory) - Temp till Feb AL )

    Description

    This role will support the HR Shared Services (Employee Support & Advisory) team lead in providing quality HR services relating to the employee's life cycle and career with the Bank. This includes preparation of letter of offer, on-boarding activities, employee declarations, pre and post employee screenings, benefits assignment, record management, and activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers. This role will act as a key driver in the delivery of service improvements and participate in the Digital Transformation initiatives involving HR Shared Services.

    This includes handling of staff movements within the bank as well as across subsidiaries, ensuring strict adherence to employment laws in its respective jurisdiction, handling of work visa including dependents and employee life cycle related matters.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all systems, processes and polices are effective and efficient at addressing business needs
  • Maintain and update HR Shared Services collaterals, policies and procedures regularly
  • Manage and review HR services to ensure they deliver against service level agreements
  • Supports Internal / External / audits, HR compliance testing as well as Regulatory Inspections
  • Participate actively in Digital transformation initiatives especially those involving HR Shared Services team
  • Qualifications

    Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience
    Minimum 8 years in shared services environment, strong in HR processes and prior experience in overseeing a team
  • Prior in transformation projects e.g. implementing system will be highly considered.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high degree of attention to detail and very competent working with numbers including presentation of numbers/tables
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines in a team environment
  • Must be able to work independently
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
