Roles & Responsibilities

Optimum Solutions (Registration Number: N) is Singapore's leading Information Technology , Consulting and Professional Services company with Competence in Digital Transformation, Automation, Robotics, Cloud, Big Data, Analytics and Emerging technologies projects. Optimum has been successfully delivering IT projects since 1997 and has been a key IT service provider to clients delivering Software Design, Development, Engineering and IT Transformation Projects.

Role : Data Analyst / Operational Support Analyst

Locatipn: 396, Alexandra Road, Singapore

Provision in Microsoft Office, knowing how to use Microsoft Excel to tabulate data for data analysis, reporting, Powerpoint to compile and generate slides for presentation.
Good to have working SAS experience.
Overall 2+ years of relevant experience.
Some knowledge and experience in HR related matters such as using of workday, getting the required information of new hires prior to onboarding and offboarding within SR to ensure a smooth experience.
Able to multitask without compromising of work quality ie. Multiple onboarding / offboarding on the same day - Must have experience
Preferably having experience working in Financial Industry, with prior knowledge of how Financial Institution works.
Understanding of invoice processing and process , it include raising memo/PR/PO/GR.
Excel/PPT Report generation knowledge for weekly management reporting.
Familiar with basic excel functions and report generation - Must
Staff Onboarding / Off-boarding process
Track Incident and Problem ticket.
Raise a case with Supplier and follow-up for tech support
Tracking of eMemo/Contract activities
Raise a Remedy request for control-m changes
Good to have working experience in Write new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and knowledge document and review the existing support document.
Track the invoices and payment
Liaise with procurement for vendor contract renewal
Communicate with business for Disaster Recovery (DR) activity
Track CAPEX and OPEX (Capital & Operational Expenditure)
Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required

Responsibilities:
