Roles & Responsibilities

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager, operating in all liquid asset classes across the world. We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Finance Manager to join the firm in Singapore, working with the Finance Director in the day-to-day management of the finance function within the APAC region.

Your future role at QRT:

Work with the local accounting service provider to produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts (reviewer role)
Review monthly invoices prepared by Accounts Payable
Oversee and review the production of the quarterly regulatory return
Oversee and review quarterly GST returns and statutory surveys
Assist in the production and review of Year-end financial statements
Coordinate external audits
Oversee and review corporate tax returns
Review expenses payment report prepared by Accounts Payable
Assist in group tasks where required

Your present skillset:

At least 3 years' commercial experience
At least 3 years' experience working for a Big 4 audit firm
Additional industry experience, ideally within a fund management firm
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
A fast learner, who is looking to progress their career
