Roles & Responsibilities

location: Loyang

working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Project Coordinator is often involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects. They organize and communicate details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members and stakeholders.

Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and leading employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and Company as well as industry standards; resolving operational problems; and identifying work process improvements.
Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirements:

5 year experience in Oil & Gas related field
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Proficiency in appropriate software for the position
