    Description
    Team Lead - 1 Yr Contract
    RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery
    1) Assist project manager to plan the project milestones and project tasks
    2) Understand & analyse the requirements and assist in development of module technical design specification
    3) Translate design into process/program specifications
    4) Manage project tasks to meet schedule, cost and quality
    5) Develop timeline for the tasks in alignment with the schedule of the overall project
    6) Prepare test plan & test environment for System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing
    7) Support the testing activities, log the test results, rectify the incidents, carry out retest till closure of incidents
    8) Conduct code review, walkthrough & testing of programs to ensure the quality of deliverables meet the requirements and adhere to defined processes
    9) Involved in construction of complex programs.
    10) Prepare /review project documents meeting schedules
    11) Assist project managers to prepare implementation and data migration checklists,
    12) Ensure the configuration checklists/ release checklists are complete and comprehensive
    13) Ensure the correct version of programs/files are checked in and used for Testing / Migration to production
    14) Deliver quality outputs based on defined processes & take corrective actions when necessary
    15) Assess service request /enhancement feasibility, effort ,schedule and risk plan
    16) Identify & escalate risks to higher level to mitigate impact on - project deliveryCustomer /Vendor Management
    17) Build rapport with the users and their technical staff and manage their expectation
    18) Have clear and open communication with customers on project issues or clarificationsTeam Management
    19) Coordinate and delegate the task to the team members
    20) Guide team members in executing the tasks in the project
    21) Track the team's progress and provide updates to project manager
    22) Work with team members to resolve problems promptly and provide effective solutionRequirement
    23) Typically 6 years IT experience and 1 year of IT/Communications Engineering project management experience with ability to manage low complexity projects
    24) Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline
    25) Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
    26) Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
    27) Proficient in written and spoken English
    28) Able to travel as required Primary Skills
