Roles & Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Director to drive commercial revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives for our Singapore business. You will work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Creative, IT & Digital teams in Singapore, as well as with teams in HQ Paris.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily marketing operations and ensuring the success of PR and communications, market research, branding, and promotional activities through effective project management.

Job Description:

Support the Marketing Director in commercial revenue growth across Airport and Downtown advertising businesses which include Streetside, Malls, Large Format and Cinema.
Plan and manage the implementation of marketing activities throughout the year, optimizing for performance along the way.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to craft campaigns and pitches that effectively attract new business and retain existing ones.
Work with the Data Analyst and Creative Team to build exciting marketing content to inspire and create demand, using the full mix of insights, data, creative design, campaign photography and videos.
Ensure that JCDecaux's brand image, positioning and core values are effectively communicated through all marketing content to educate, excite and inspire a mix of clients, media and creative agencies, as well as digital and outdoor specialists.
Assist with copy and content writing for marketing & communications collaterals, research and press related materials.
Track marketing deliverables against results and remain flexible to adjust plans according to emerging trends and market opportunities.
Utilize analytics from website, social media, and communication platforms to generate leads and optimize communication strategies.
Research and monitor competitor activity to keep up with market dynamics and explore and recommend new, creative ways to reach our target audience.
Manage sponsorship opportunities, events and media activities for the organisation.
Build strong, trusted and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and support the preparation of reports.
Manage projects to ensure milestones are met and effectively coordinate daily activities and operations for the team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of communications and digital marketing experience.
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication.
A good track record of successes in marketing management with exceptional project management skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus and work in a fast-paced environment.
A creative marketer and a hands-on individual.
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in people management is advantageous.
Experience in the media advertising or digital agency/adtech industry is a plus.
