2/ Staff Claims Data entry
Follow up & settle disputed claims
Preparing payment on a timely manner
Accruals for closing purposes
Ensure all claims are in line with Company claim policy

3/ Fixed Asset Maintain fixed assets in FA module (tally with GL)
Depreciation
FA Schedule

4/ Copprate Sec Liaise with appointed corp sec for all corp sec matters .
Eg. Change of directors, annual report filing etc

5/ Corporate Tax
Assist in liaising with appointed tax agent for all tax-related matters such as ECI filing, Submission of Form C, tax computation, handles tax queries from IRAs etc
Any other tax related duties as required

6/ Other Finance duties Review & streamlining of work processes
Preparation & review of assigned schedules
BOI confirmation in line with Books
Audit
Internal controls
Stock takes
Any other ad hoc Finance duties as assigned
