What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the eBusiness Manager South East Asia, you will be responsible for the daily running and management of Van Cleef & Arpels Client Relation Center (CRC) Ambassadors Team. You will be the first point of contact for your team and an expert in systems, processes and procedures. You will ensure a professional and client-oriented work environment by monitoring employee performance and taking the necessary actions to train and motivate your team. Using effective communication skills, you must liaise and supervise effectively to achieve both sales target & service excellence of the Maison.
You contribute to the regional CRC sales & services excellence embodying the Maison Values, ensuring the development of the Ambassadors team capabilities and retention while keeping the focus on improving conversion.
