Linehaul Team Leader (Trưởng nhóm vận tải) - Linehaul, SPX Express (HCM, Đà Nẵng) Department Operations LevelExperienced (Team Lead)LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh City

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc đảm bảo hiệu quả hoạt động vận tải hàng ngày (vd: lập kế hoạch và đảm bảo thời gian xe đến/đi đúng giờ, điều tiết giao thông nội/ngoại khu, quản lý nhóm điều phối hiện trường hiệu quả, v.v.)

Thực hiện các báo cáo, phân tích các chỉ số (KPI), hiệu suất hoạt động hàng ngày và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện vận hành

Lập kế hoạch, lên lịch trình xe tải cho các ngày bình thường và cao điểm. Có sự cân bằng trong việc sử dụng nguồn lực nội bộ (in-house) và nguồn lực thuê ngoài (vendor) đảm bảo tối ưu về chất lượng và chi phí.

Tìm hiểu và báo cáo nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các sai sót trong vận hành (VD: chậm trễ, va chạm tại nơi làm việc, gian lận, v.v.)

Chủ động cung cấp, chia sẻ những thông tin mang tính thực tế, thực tiễn trong quản lý vận hành và đội ngũ tài xế, giúp các cấp tối ưu hóa hoạt động.

Lập kế hoạch nhân sự và giám sát lịch làm việc của nhân viên điều phối và hỗ trợ hiện trường.

Phối hợp với các bên liên quan để giải quyết các trường hợp khẩn cấp (vd: bổ sung/thay thế gấp xe, xử lý luồng xe khi trạm nhận quá tải, kẹt xe, v.v...).

Làm việc theo ca và đảm bảo có mặt tại hiện trường 70%, giám sát qua hệ thống 30%.

Requirements:

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên

Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí điều phối xe tải hoặc vị trí tương đương ít nhất 2 năm.

Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm

Có tư duy phân tích và kỹ năng xử lý vấn đề tốt.

Có khả năng phối hợp nhịp nhàng, thiện chí với các bộ phận

Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm giám sát xe tải GPS/công cụ

Có khả năng sử dụng excel/báo cáo và công cụ phân tích dữ liệu

Có khả năng đọc hiểu Tiếng Anh là một lợi thế
