- At least 5 years of relevant Corporate Finance experience
- Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a proven ability to multi task across clients, projects and geographies
- Strong and proven track record of deal origination
- Excellent client relationships at CFO/CEO/Board level
- Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage demanding clients
