Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesFINANCE
· Financial reporting and budget utilization.
· Verification and tracking of approvals until payment.
· Verification of IT Fixed Assets to check for existence and impairment annually and ad-hoc as requested.
· Verify PC leasing requests in portal and update PC leasing record file.
· Review of demand in ITBM.
· Analyse Profit and Loss Statement to check for accuracy of GL posting and tracking of OPEX utilization.
· Collate information and prepare annual IT Workplan for Management endorsement.
· Collate information and prepare yearly Budget & Revenue Planning.
· Participate, collate information, and prepare yearly OPEX Budget and DAP Planning.
PMO
· Provide support to CIO Office PMO team on project tracking and management.
· Liaise with IT PM on projects, financial, resource planning and reporting.
· Collate information and prepare for reports.
· Review and update yearly Enterprise Risk Assessment for IT.
· Prepare and submit annual IMDA surveys.
· Oversee IT maintenance renewal to ensure that Project managers renew system maintenance on-time.
Ad-Hoc
· Handle ad-hoc IT issues which are escalated by users for resolution.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications
· At least 2 years related experience in supporting role function.
· Ability to study, analyse and interpret financial information.
· Strong in process and business workflow.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookup, Pivot Table), PowerPoint
· Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
