    [What the role is]
    The Enterprise Singapore Management Associate Programme is a structured 9-month development programme to develop leaders with a global perspective in driving enterprise development and growing stronger Singapore companies. Designed for bright minds who aspire to be business catalysts and shape Singapore economy, you will experience accelerated learning through 2 rotations and 1 overseas exposure, where you will get first-hand exposure to the entrepreneurship landscape, diverse industries, and overseas markets

    The Management Associate Programme offers 2 tracks:

    1. General track, where you will be rotated to an Industry Cluster division and a Middle Office division.

    2. Corporate track, where you will be rotated to a Corporate (HQ) and Industry Cluster/Middle Office, before being permanently deployed to a Corporate division. Those interested in the corporate track should ideally be studying in a related field.

    • The corporate divisions are:
    a. Corporate communications,
    b. Finance, procurement & administration,
    c. Enterprise Academy,
    d. People and Culture, and
    e. Global Workforce

    Though the MAP, you will develop skills, business acumen, and global mindedness across divergent fields. You will broaden your perspective of the entrepreneurship landscape and industries in Singapore, and build strategic in-market knowledge and insights.

    [What you will be working on]
    Under the general MAP track, the functions you could be exposed to are, but not limited to the following.

    1) Industry Cluster

    • Drive enterprise growth and internationalisation, as well as develop Singapore's industry sectors (e.g. Manufacturing Engineering, Urban Solutions Infrastructure, Trade and Connectivity, Business Technology, Lifestyle Consumers, Enterprise Services New Industries).

    • Work with industry associations and partners to develop strategies, infrastructure and create new market opportunities for local enterprises.

    • This includes overseas growth plans, identifying project leads, project analysis and facilitations, business missions and industry events.

    2) Programmes and Policy

    • Develop policy and manage capability programmes and financing schemes to facilitate enterprise development strategies, in order for Singapore enterprises to grow and globalise.

    3) Quality and Excellence

    • Develop and promote internationally recognised standards and quality assurance infrastructure, in order to enhance enterprise competitiveness, facilitate trade and build trust in Singapore's products and services.

    The above applies to those on the corporate track, in addition to a rotation in a Corporate (HQ) division.

    We're looking for fresh/recent graduates, with less than 2 years of work experience since graduation and the following qualities:


    • Strong business sense, analytical reasoning, data synthesis and analysis


    • Excellent CCA track records and proven leadership experience


    • Passion for growing stronger Singapore companies


    • Dynamic, innovative, collaborative and resilient


    • Bonus: Prior international experience, and ability to communicate in any foreign language
