Key accountabilities

Ensure BAU deliverables are met according to the campaign SLA
Understand existing campaigns & offers and consult with product teams prior to campaign execution
Ensure accurate and timely execution of contextual marketing campaigns as well as joyful communications to DBS customer base
Drive initiatives to improve efficiency of campaign execution

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Execute and deliver new batch and automated campaigns for the bank
Manage volume and complexity of campaign execution to various customer segments across different channels, be it batch or event triggered
Improve existing processes and usage of campaign tools
Track timeliness and accuracy of campaign execution
Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues related to blasted campaigns

Requirements:

Technical Experience:

Proficient in campaign management tools such as UNICA campaign, Interact etc
Proficient in SAS Programming, Enterprise Guide and SQL
Proficient in BI tools
Proficient in Python, CDSW, ADA

Non-technical Experience:

Relevant working experience in campaign execution
Ability to analyze large quantities of generated data from multiple sources, while ensuring data integrity
Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multitask, and prioritize tasks
Willing to learn and fast learner
Past working experience in Financial industry is a plus
