- Develop and implement a best-in-class enterprise architecture strategy
- Develop, maintain and lead the Enterprise Technology Master-plan strategy, while ensuring adherence to overall business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the business
- Analyse, identify and drive improvements in existing IT and OT architecture while driving reviews and identifying risk and compliance concerns
- Identify areas for improvements in current systems to drive better efficiencies in performance, scalability, reliability, compliance and security
- Mentor and develop a team with a culture for growth, improvement and commitment to the journey to the change journey
- Set and monitor KPI's and budgets to maximise impact with the greatest possible efficiency
- Be a subject matter expert on enterprise architecture both internally and externally.
- Prepare and present architecture proposals and reports to senior management The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 7 years in Enterprise Architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding and familiarity with ERP, CRM and cloud technologies
- Strong understanding in agile methodologies
- Proficiency in using enterprise architecture tools such as Alphabet or ARIS What's on Offer
This is an excellent opportunity to enter a business reporting directly to the CTO. As the business continues to grow and be successful, this role could form part of the succession plan to the CTO over the coming 3 years.
