Roles & Responsibilities

5 days work week
9 - 6pm

Responsibilities:

Design, write and create compelling artwork or video for various mediums. (e.g., social media, blog posts, newsletters).
Initiate and oversee paid advertising campaigns across channels like paid search, social media, etc., aiming to maximize online visibility and achieve targeted results.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and external vendors to develop and execute retail promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches.
Maintain e-commerce sites, ensure latest information and assets are reflected and showcasing the brand image.
Assist in social content strategy and execution across social media channels (Instagram & TikTok) to drive awareness, conversion, and engagement.
Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies and consumer engagement activities.
Assist in identifying and establish partnerships and engage local content creators through seeding and activation to generate reach, impressions and engagement effectively.
Develop strategic partnerships that advance brand and company objectives, overseeing the entire process from conception to execution and maintaining effective relationship management.
Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure content remains current and ahead of the curve on social media.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Marketing or relevant fields.
Robust knowledge and proficiency in social and digital marketing, with prior experience in spearheading and managing social media campaigns.
Experience in event management and knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage.
Preferably 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
