    Description

    Main Role and Responsibilities:

    A warehouse Operations Executive is a management position that handles the warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations for a company. Warehouse Operations Executives oversee the warehouse operations, goods receiving, parcels outbound, managing the company fleet of drivers. Other tasks include administrative tasks and sometimes manual labour.

    Overall, the primary responsibility of a Warehouse Operations Executive is to ensure the smooth movement of goods throughout the supply chain, from the point of origin to the destination, while optimizing costs, minimizing risks, and improving efficiency.

    Warehousing & Last Mile Fulfilment:

    . Monitoring & liaising with Vendor / Customer / 3PL / 4PL for delivery / order fulfilment.

    . Updating and maintaining the delivery status report - ensuring that every livestream are being input into the monthly delivery status report with all the necessary information.

    . Preparing batch reports for delivery partners.

    . Assist in checking & verifying delivered reports from delivery partners.

    . Handling and arranging orders from E-Shop for last mile delivery.

    . Doing pick and pack for orders fulfilment.

    . Ensuring that the warehouse is well-organized and clean at all times.

    . Assist to set up SOP and streamline workflow for own warehouse.

    . Conduct training for new/ junior/ temp staff when needed.

    . Assist in inventory tracking, and handling of goods return/ replacement with suppliers & fixers.

    . Assist with stock inbound, month-end stock count or cycle count and goods inspection at own and delivery partners' warehouse, resolve any discrepancies.

    . Doing filing of documents such as endorsed delivery notes, return notes, outbound reports etc.

    . Monitors and controls local inventory levels, utilizing effective strategies to maintain optimal stock quantities while minimizing excess or shortages.

    . Managing and planning for the company fleet of drivers.

    . Generating reports for analysis/activity on a periodic basis or upon request.

    Customer Service:

    . Handling customer enquiries pertaining to logistic and last mile matter like delivery status, missing items, returns, products recall etc.

    . Assisting to inform customers should the delivery of their orders are delayed due to damaged & missing goods during transportation, and replacement are on the way.

    . Assist in escalating refund in the event of damaged goods or out of stock.

    . Assist in other general customer enquiries when needed.

    Oversea Shipments (1st miles):

    . Prepare trade documentation (commercial invoice & packing list) when required.

    . Work with suppliers on goods delivery matter, i.e to arrange for stock pick up and send to the designated partner's warehouse.

    . Assist with shipment bookings with FedEx, Aramex, and other courier companies.

    . Monitoring incoming shipments, and update records for reporting to our management and team.

    . Doing filing of documents such as shipping documents, etc.

    . Sending or uploading packing lists/ order list to our 3PL when our oversea goods are being delivered to 3PL warehouses.

    . Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when needed.
