    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant fluent in both English and Chinese to join our team. This role will primarily involve communicating with teachers and students, as well as performing various administrative tasks such as processing application forms, replying school emails and arranging classes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents in both English and Chinese through phone, and in-person interactions.
    • Assist in processing application forms for educational programs and classes, replying school emails.
    • Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events in collaboration with instructors and clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, class attendance, and teacher availability.
    • Assist in preparing educational materials and resources for distribution to students and teachers.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
    • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or academic environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Patience, empathy, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business administration, or a related field preferred.
