IT Product Owner

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Responsibilities:

Architect, design and subsequently develop various Services CPQ features such as Q2C, Quote, Contract Management
Performs analysis and solution design of crossfunctional and complex business requirements. Designs complex crossfunctional solutions for others to code. Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members.
Groom user stories, writing clear specification for business to signoff and development team to code.
Define detailed estimates for an Services CPQ implementation, rollout and support engagement
Define and create implementation project plan while identifying clear dependencies and delivery plan
Oversee and lead Services CPQ end to end solution implementation and related integrations
Define and follow best practices to manage performance and scalability of eCommerce solution.
Manage multiple IT development teams including solution integrators.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define Product Roadmap, business requirements.
Uses extensive business knowledge at domain level to drive engagement for the largest IT initiatives. Proactively engages in strategic business planning where there is IT impact; influences overall business strategies of customer organizations.
Communicates strategic IT decisions and plans and works to achieve alignment at the top level of the business, function, or geography.

Knowledge and Skills

Must have 10 or more years of experience developing complex information systems
Delivery lead / project leadership experience in managing 23 Enterprise Level IT full life cycle implementations and integration with SAP S/4 and related technologies.
Strong understanding of Q2C, Quote and Contract Management functions
Experience in creating a detailed estimates and implementation project plan while identifying clear dependencies and delivering to the plan
Good understanding of eCommerce end to end solution implementation and related integrations
Strong communication skills to be able to articulate IT solutions to IT/business stakeholders and conduct show and tell sessions.
Provide direction to technical teams on design, implementation, and delivery standards
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience in latest development framework
Strong understanding of objectoriented programming and relational databases.
Must have experience leading multigeography crossfunctional teams.

Education and Experience:

Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
