    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our client, a family office with a long history, is looking for a Fund Operations Analyst to join their team:

    Duties:

    • Coordinate and execute subscription and redemption processes in accordance with fund guidelines and regulatory requirements
    • Liaise with fund administrators on reviewing and validating fund Net Asset Value (NAV) documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on investors
    • Perform due diligence on potential investors to assess suitability and manage investor onboarding process
    • Handle filings with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as required
    • Coordinate audit processes and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors
    • Facilitate the onboarding of new investors, including the completion of necessary documentation and account setup
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain marketing collateral related to fund offerings
    • Generate and analyze cash reporting to monitor fund liquidity and facilitate investment decisions
    • Process payments and ensure timely settlement of transactions in coordination with external counterparties
    • Conduct periodic reviews of fund operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support the overall objectives of the fund operations team

    Requirements:

    • At least 4-7 years of relevant fund administration or investor relations experience in a financial institution
    • Strong understanding of subscription and redemption processes within investment funds
    • Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing fund NAV documents
    • Outstanding analytical skills, inquisitive, proactive attitude and ability to take full accountability of tasks/ processes
    • Focus on systems, processes and automation using technology tools for improving system and team efficiency
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with senior stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously while executing against specified tasks and functions
