Description

This role primarily involves collaborating closely with the team manager to strategize and promote revenue channels by cultivating partnerships with tenants, organizing events, and achieving annual revenue growth. Additionally, responsibilities encompass the management of ad site bookings, overseeing client account management, and ensuring seamless transitions for revenue channels, while also addressing vendor inquiries and facilitating the onboarding of new tenants.

Adecco is partnering with a renown property developer in Singapore. They are looking for a Marketing Executive for Partnership to join the team.

The Job:

Work closely with team manager and be responsible for planning, packaging and marketing revenue channels, across platforms and sites

Drive partnerships and collaborations with tenants to generate revenue growth

Work closely with media and event agencies

Strive for a year-on-year increase in revenue by offering meaningful and value-driven solutions, broadening the reach of shoppers for advertisers and brands.

Assist in marketing and managing ad site bookings/renewals for both onsite and digital platforms.

Act as a key liaison for client account management, ensuring the clearance of concepts, content, and creative elements for revenue channels

Handle inquiries and follow-ups with vendors regarding maintenance operatable requirements in the mall

Follow up with onboarding of new tenants

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relations, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships to achieve all business objectives

Work closely with vendors, event organizers and internal departments to facilitate smooth handover and takeover of revenue channels and platforms where necessary

Manage any ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned The Talent:

Degree / Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management/Events management or any relevant discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in casual leasing

Preferred experience in sales/leasing with a focus on lead generation and driving revenue growth in the Real Estate industry

Knowledge in digital marketing, including understanding analytics and able to provide recommendations is a bonus

Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills

Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision

Able to work independently and in a team

Exhibit a flair for written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
