Assistant Manager/Manager, Corporate Engagement & Partnerships


RESPONSIBILITIES


The Corporate and Industry Partnership (CIP) team focuses on enabling more organizations (both businesses and public sector agencies) to be a force for good in Singapore.

Company of Good (COG) is our signature programme, and we work with other industry players to achieve strategic fit between societal needs and the company's capabilities and aspirations.


A key part of the role involves understanding the value and approach of Corporate Purpose, understanding sector trends, and critical business challenges faced by companies embarking (or keen to embark) on a purpose journey.

The role will also include engagement with our Programme & Capability Development and Ecosystem Development teams, to enhance how we communicate with our corporate partners, towards building the City of Good together.


  • Engage businesses for corporate purpose adoption and provide account management support and resources.
  • Contribute to purposedriven dialogues with businesses by conducting market industry customer research and gathering feedback as part of the due diligence process.
  • Facilitate the Company of Good events where required; develop and update continuously with relevant material.
  • Provide key updates and oversight of business accounts to the respective teams for a consistent interpretation and implementation of processes across the COG network.
  • Work across teams to enrich the corporate purpose and recognition frameworks, to create an overall positive impact on account management process.
  • Prepare biweekly account management updates and key metrics reporting.
  • Participate in industry forums to adopt best practices for internal sharing and training.
  • Event management support as required in CIPwide events and initiatives.
  • Other administrative duties.

Key Deliverables

  • Grow and engage the network of Company of Good members.
  • Identify opportunities to foster strategic collaborations with Company of Good members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, with a demonstrated interest/experience in Corporate Purpose/CSR/ESG themes.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of corporate partnerships and liaison.
  • Good presentation, communication, and negotiating skills, in order to engage well and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office with the ability to build formulae and create userfriendly data template and professional presentations.
  • Diverse experience across CSR, sustainability risks & opportunities and best practice implementation.
  • Proactive and selfdriven.
  • Clear, logical thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Pleasant personality, great teamwork, ownership and accountability.
