    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are looking for a skilled Accountant to be part of our finance team, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

    Job Overview:

    You will have a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis for various functions like Payroll, Costing, Management Accounting, Corporate Governance, etc. Collaborating with different teams, you will provide valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive better decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Financial Planning & Analysis
      • Analyze data, spot trends, and suggest process enhancements.
      • Assist in creating and updating the annual budget and forecasts.
      • Conduct variance analysis to evaluate performance compared to budgets.
      • Offer meaningful analysis on key financial metrics and trends.
    • Reporting and Presenting:
      • Prepare and deliver financial reports to management and stakeholders.
      • Contribute to designing high-level presentations.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Work closely with different departments to grasp their financial requirements.
      • Collaborate on special projects, lending financial expertise.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from well-known Universities, acknowledged by ISCA
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year at a reputable public accounting firm
    • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP knowledge preferable)
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
