An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our talented team.

About You

We are looking for candidates with experience in requirements gathering and scoping who are passionate about solving problems and love the idea of making a difference.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the ongoing improvement of the ecoPortal solution, including identification of market or user needs, requirements definition, technical scoping and acceptance of development outputs.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience with requirements gathering and technical scoping

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- A hands on, responsive, can-do attitude

- Great verbal and written communication skills

- A willingness to learn and grow within the ecoPortal team

We have a great work culture and work/life balance, with 37h work weeks, office hours of Mon-Fri 8am-12pm NZT (Sun-Thu where you are) and the rest of your hours at your own discretion. This is a full-time permanent position and includes 4 weeks of paid annual leave as part of your contract.

Our ideal applicant will have experience designing complex software products. They have a proactive communication and problem-solving attitude to help facilitate interaction between the different ecoPortal stakeholders
