Recruitment Consultant

Location: Clarke Quay (Near MRT)

5 Days Work Week (Flexi working hours)

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Commission

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You'll play a key role in connecting talent with exciting opportunities across industries.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
Prepare candidates for interviews and provide career coaching
Negotiate salaries and job offers
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends

Requirements:

1 year of recruitment experience preferably
Training will be provided if without experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the recruitment process
A passion for building connections and helping people succeed
