Accountant / Senior Accountant - Singapore - Dr. Tan & Partners
Description
Manage full sets of accounts for the Group of companies- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Perform month end closing activities, such as preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliation
- Support annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Perform costing and variance analysis
- Prepare Cashflow statement
- Prepare corporate tax computation
- Prepare quarterly GST submission
- Provide support to external and internal audit matters
- Oversee debt collection and credit control
- Oversee finance Executive and assistants based overseas
- Assist with System Migration from MYOB to XERO
- Assist with matters related to company based in Malaysia
- Provide coverage duties whenever needed
- All other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager and/or higher Management
Requirements:
- Have a sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards ("SFRS") and International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS")
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous and has eye for details
- Knowledge in MYOB and XERO system will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary:
$3, $4,400.00 per month
