- Management of projects and project team (control of internal and external stakeholders) from project origination until commissioning stage.
- Project preparation including management of documentation, due diligence process, coordination of multi-functional project team and communication with external stakeholders.
- Coordination of all aspects of project development to attain construction readiness of the PVPlants, including land securing, technical studies, permitting processes, grid connection application, tenders and project financing
- Together with our legal department coordinate, negotiate, review project agreements, incl. Development Agreements, SHA, Land Lease Agreements, PPA contracts.
- Project budgeting and timeline planning.
- Support the local development teams and project partners on the evaluation and origination of new projects.
- Risk management, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Day-to-day coordination between internal departments, reports, follow-ups, escalations, etc.
- Reporting to project director and senior management. Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Several years of professional experience, in development or management of energy or infrastructure projects.
- Project financing or EPC experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, able to deal with business owners, regulatory bodies & financial institutions.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills coupled with high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environment.
- High degree of self-responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility.
- Self-initiating and capable of working in a group, virtual team or alone.
- Intercultural competence and team-player.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
