    Roles & Responsibilities
    • 5-days/week

    Our client is in the property real estate sector, headquartered in Singapore and has a strong presence globally. They are looking to fill the role of Leasing Executive to maximise the occupancy ratio for the Retail / Commercial portfolio.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Formulate strategies to maximise rental and occupancy ratio of Retail / Commercial portfolio.
    • Manage new and existing tenancies.
    • Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
    • Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
    • Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
    • Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
    • 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
    • Good understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
    • Candidates must have experience handling leasing in their retail portfolio, preferably in shopping malls.
    • Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.

    • Location: Depending on Project
    • Working days: 5 Days
    • Salary: Up to $5K / Negotiable (salary will be commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
