- Drive key initiatives to achieve APO's strategic objectives and enhance its branding.
- Manage the curriculum review for all MSc programmes, overseeing academic governance, curriculum adjustments, and collaborations with academic partners.
- Identify and capitalize on operational opportunities to foster collaboration and synergy among postgraduate programmes.
- Offer guidance on students' academic and well-being concerns.
- Address students' inquiries and appeals promptly and fairly.
- Develop and execute alumni engagement strategies to strengthen alumni relationships.
- Fulfill other duties as delegated by the Chair/Associate Chair/Assistant Chair.
- Hold a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in operations, administration, student recruitment, or admissions within higher education.
- Demonstrate substantial expertise in strategic planning, financial management, data analysis, and budget supervision.
- Possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Be a personable, proactive self-starter capable of independent work and effective teamwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service and program satisfaction to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the higher education landscape and university structure (an advantage).
