Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems.
  • Test, maintain and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems, new user account creation/deletion.
  • Assist in settingup of new workstations and managing company's server.
  • Support all outlets POS Systems, POS Backend, and technical assistance.
  • Compile and prepare POS reports from backend reporting systems regularly.
  • Maintenance of distributed CCTV systems, new hardware and software setup.
  • Responsible for data backup, information security, leakage prevention of the company's information system, and ensure data security.
  • Working closely with departments Manager and responsible for projects that are related to system automation.
  • Based in office and will require travelling to stores for support as needed.
  • Liaise with external vendors or principals when necessary.
  • Attend to other adhoc projects and duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • IT technically knowledge is required.
  • Required to be on standby mode including weekends/PH when necessary and working hours may vary.
  • 3 Years of experience in IT support preferred.
  • Facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Working Hour : 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
