Job Description:


  • Engage in monthend closing of accounts, reconciliation of accounts and preparation of management accounts and ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
  • Support group reporting on monthly/quarterly basis
  • Effectively presents insights on financial and recommendations and pointofview
  • Assist in annual budget, annual audit and forecasting process.
  • Daytoday general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Prepare and review payment voucher, invoices, debit/credit notes
  • To prepare taxation schedules and submission, ie. GST, corporate tax, Tax filling, and etc.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary as required for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  • Risk management and analysis
  • Other Adhoc duties assigned from timetotime Full set account in construction relation industry

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other professional qualification

Minimum 2 years accounting experience in SINGAPORE , familiar with internal controls, financial and accounting procedures

  • Able to work under pressure and meet accounting deadlines
  • Analytical and meticulous for details
  • High integrity and able to work independently
  • A team player who is selfmotivated
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MYOB system an advantage
